Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VIALINKER collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit our websites, interact with our pages, use our interactive dialogue interfaces, request information, communicate with us, or use VIALINKER through a business customer.
VIALINKER is post-click commercial dialogue infrastructure. It helps businesses turn paid traffic, website visits, QR flows, prelanders, forms, widgets, messengers and other entry points into guided interactive dialogue between the click and the target business action.
VIALINKER is not a medical service, legal service, financial service, investment adviser, tax adviser, licensed professional service, telemedicine platform, clinic, law firm, financial institution or generic chatbot. Where VIALINKER is used in a regulated industry, the relevant business customer, operator or licensed professional remains responsible for final decisions, professional review, compliance and user communication.
This document is prepared as draft legal website copy and is not final legal advice. The final version should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer based on the applicable jurisdiction, company entity, target markets, data processing roles, payment model, third-party processors and actual integrations.
For privacy, data protection or legal requests, you can contact us at: legal@vialinker.com
2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with VIALINKER websites, interactive sales chats, commercial dialogue flows, demos, business forms, customer communications, operator handoffs, analytics events, integrations and related services.

Clinics or healthcare-related businesses may be supported as a possible vertical, but VIALINKER is not limited to healthcare and does not provide healthcare services.

In those cases, VIALINKER processes data based on the customer’s instructions, the applicable agreement and applicable law.
Where required, VIALINKER and the business customer may enter into a separate Data Processing Addendum or similar agreement. If a signed data processing agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy for processor activities, the signed agreement will control for those processor activities.
